We believe in good corporate governance and high ethical standards. We adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice in the countries we operate, as well as living up to international standards on human rights.
Our employment responsibilities :
For our employees we offer a work environment where there are equal opportunities, fairness, inclusiveness, mutual respect and diversity. We are a company that has competent, responsible and committed people, who are empowered to make an active contribution to the company’s growth and success. Our values represent our fundamental beliefs. These beliefs reflect those aspects of our way of working that collectively we consider distinctive or unique about us.
Our health & safety responsibilities :
Throughout our company we have an aspiration of Zero Harm in the workplace. We operate best practice health and safety and occupational hygiene standards, which are continually reviewed to enable a supportive and accident-free safety culture.
We are proud to have all our operations accredited to the OHSAS 18001 standard for health and safety management, and to meet or exceed that standards requirement for demonstrable continuous improvement. Our large operations are accredited to the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management. All our operations comply with local requirements for aerial emissions, effluent and solid waste disposal. In addition, all production operations are accredited to the ISO 9001 standard for quality management, and are committed to the highest quality standards in every workplace.
Our employees are at the centre of our active health and safety programme and we work together to achieve our Zero Harm objective. This collaborative approach has resulted in a high health and safety performance which has seen significant results over the past decade.
Our environment responsibilities :
We believes in caring for the environment. We are committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance. We facilitate and encourage the responsible design, use, re-use, recycling and disposal of our products.
We continue to look for ways to maintain our sustainability, from using innovative electro-chemical processes to recover product from our high pressure processes to reducing our energy usage. As an example of our continued commitment beyond ISO 14001 compliance, we have introduced the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) at a key manufacturing site to drive continual resource and energy efficiency, improved stakeholder engagement and environmental risk and opportunity management. Perhaps our greatest contribution to global sustainability lies in the extreme performance of our products themselves.
Our business continuity responsibilities :
We have invested in a global geographic production and service footprint to ensure that our customers receive unrivalled support and business continuity. This capability investment ensures we are prepared and able to minimize any resulting business impact to our customers from unplanned interruptions.
Our business integrity responsibilities :
